Day 1
Addis Abeba-Arba Minch 
Overnight stay: Hotel in Arba Minch. We start to drive accross the Rift Valley. Stop at Tiya site, which contains 36 ancient stelae engraved with enigmatic symbols. |
Day 2
Sightseeing day in Arba Minch 
Overnight stay: Hotel in Arba Minch. Excursion in the Nechisar national park. Boat trip on Chamo lake with unforgettable scenery. From the boat many hippos and giant crocodiles are to see. In the afternoon, drive to the Dorze village. |
Day 3
Arba Minch - Hawassa 
Overnight stay: Hotel in Hawassa. Drive to Hawassa through a beautiful scenic road. After crossing the village of Alaba you will have a break in the Senkele sanctuary park. |

Day 4
Hawassa - Dinsho 
Overnight stay: Hotel or Campsite in Dinsho. After the visit of the fish market on the shores of the Hawassa lake, you start the journey accross the beautiful Bale mountains. You will meet the local guide and start the trek inside the park. |
Day 5
Bale National Park 
Overnight stay: Hotel in Robe ou Goba. Trekking day in the park which gives the opportunity to see many endemic animals in particular the mountain Nyala and the Ethiopian wolf. |
Day 6
Awash National Park 
Overnight stay: Hotel in Awash. We start a long day of drive on the road to Djibouti with a stop at the Basaka Lake. Many different types of birds living around the lake can be seen. |

Day 7
Hawash - Harar 
Overnight stay: Hotel in Harar. Excursion inside the Awash national park which offers quite good wildlife and an interesting range of volcanic beautiful landscapes. |
Day 8
Sightseeing day in Harar 
Overnight stay: Hotel in Harar. We walk in and around the walled city and visit the Harar museum and Arthur Rimbaud's house. In the evening, we participate in the Hyena feeding ceremony. |
Day 9
Harar - Addis Abeba 
Transfer to the airport. Flight back to Addis Abeba. In the afternoon you can do your last shopping in the city or rest in the hotel. |
